OBJETIVOS DEL CURSO

  • Aprender la distinción entre objetivos y la consecución de logros.
  • Crear un entorno de aprendizaje centrado en el alumno.
  • Identificar el contenido, las estructuras lingüísticas y el vocabulario clave para cada lección.
  • Fomentar el uso de habilidades de pensamiento crítico de orden superior.
  • Desarrollar técnicas para ampliar las opciones de evaluación según la consecución de logros.

CONTENIDOS DEL CURSO

Este curso está dirigido a profesores de Secundaria que desean impartir asignaturas de humanidades en inglés. A través de un enfoque práctico, el docente aprende la distinción entre objetivos y resultados del aprendizaje y su efecto en la evaluación. El curso también da ejemplos prácticos para desarrollar las capacidades mentales desde los niveles inferiores al pensamiento de orden superior.

Modalidad: 5 horas online. El curso se imparte en inglés.

Contenidos

  • Acercamiento a las bases teóricas de CLIL en Secundaria.
  • Planificación de unidades didácticas de CLIL: elementos básicos.
  • Aplicación y beneficios de la enseñanza intercurricular.
  • Planificación de los objetivos del aprendizaje.
  • Apoyo lingüístico necesario para asignaturas de humanidades (Cognitive Academic Language Proficiency).

 

Dinámica y metodología

El curso sigue una metodología constructivista, fomentando el trabajo colaborativo y el intercambio de ideas y materiales. La modalidad online permite un aprendizaje flexible y personalizado, con el apoyo de un tutor y ayuda técnica.


RECOMENDACIONES

Destinatarios: Profesores de Secundaria que imparten o desean impartir asignaturas de humanidades en inglés, y profesionales de la docencia o cualquier otra persona interesada en conocer y aprender a impartir con eficacia diferentes áreas de contenido en lengua inglesa.

Nivel de inglés requerido: B2 según el MCER (nivel Intermediate).

Recomendamos que los participantes accedan al curso frecuentemente y que participen activamente para fomentar la cohesión en el grupo.

    Morning. Well, that mistake is fixed, however I've found another one: There's no relation between the worksheet and the answer sheet of the Part 3. The worksheet is about plants and invertebrates (quite useful when we're focus on Humanities, right?... However, I like Biology), but the answer sheet is about a history lesson (about feudal system... Something that seems to be more appropriate when we are speaking about humanities). It seems somebody swapped worksheets and answer sheets AGAIN. Although the metodology could be the same, so there's no problem about desinging the outcomes of a lesson of invertebrates, this mistake shows us , AGAIN, that somebody hasn't reviewed their work before releasing the online course. As you can imagine, I am disappointed and tired of finding mistakes and receiving empty excuses... Because there's no improvement intention, as I can see. I'm seriously thinking about writing a complaint letter to the person in charge of these courses. Let's go on with the following part... Who knows what I'll find now? (Please, allow me to be ironic).

    Good afternoon!. I'm getting used to finding mistakes in your on-line courses. This is the third course I'm taking with you and, once again, there's something that doesn't work. In this case when I try to download the worksheet and the Powerpoint of the second part I get a message with the following 'Página no encontrada', in both cases the same happens and when I use a different internet browser, I gent the same result. As you can imagine this is quite annoying because this is the third time that something like that happens to me and because it's a loss of time (and patience) in a course where this kind of problems shouldn't happen because they should have been revised before releasing them. You are an important publisher, so you are the first who are supposed to be interested in the image you give to your clients and customers. When I got the first problem with the first course I took (about intorduction to Secondary CLIL), I spoke to your technician supporter and I suggested revising the remaining online courses to avoid repeating this situation again... Well, it seems you didn't think about my suggestion. Please, try to solve it, I need to take the course and I want to do it properly (I suppose whoever would see the video and go on to the following part, but that's not my way of working. Best regards.
